Redesign Services:

Design Consultation and Report for the DIYer - $250

This DIY service is designed to give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the design work yourself. You'll walk away with all the answers to help you complete the design process and set you well on your way to a gorgeous looking home!

In this intensive in-home consultation, we will be using a detailed Design Report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main areas of the home in order to reflect its best qualities.

The consultation can take up to two hours:

We start with a phone interview, so I can assess the project, your style and preferences to ensure I have a complete understanding
Provide recommendations regarding furniture placement to ensure the proper flow
Provide recommendations for de-cluttering, space optimization and rearranging in each room
Ideas on how to "show off" architectural features and refresh each room
Window treatments, lighting and accessor placement
Color advice and key emotional connection points to remind you of how much you love your space!

Mini-Refresher - Starting at $750

This design service is all about rolling up our sleeves, following the Design Report and working together to start rearranging the main areas of the home (up to four rooms/spaces). You truly won't believe the difference a few hours makes! This service includes:

Kitchen design and discuss organizational strategies
Main living area design and establish emotional connection points
Main bathroom design
If time permits, we will take on other key living areas
We will even bring in gorgeous design accessories that will provide a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase to modernize your home

Ideally, we shop together at a local home furnishing/décor store right after this appointment, so that we can get fresh pillows, accessories and furnishings for each space while it's fresh on our minds.

*Photographs of the transformations will be taken as we go. (This service can take up to four hours with two hours of planning/preparation time. Any additional rooms/spaces reverting to a $125 hourly rate).

The One-Day Power Refresher - Starting at $1150

Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No worries! This service extends our time together to include a day of rolling up our sleeves, following our detailed Design Report and tackling the main areas of the home (up to six rooms/spaces). This service includes:

Kitchen design and discuss organizational strategies
Main living area design and set up of emotional connection points
Main bathroom, master bedroom and bath design
Time permitting, we will take on other key living areas to make your home FEEL HOME
We will bring in gorgeous design accessories in order to give you a "visual shopping list" of what to purchase to modernize your home

*Photographs of the transformations will be taken as we go. (This service can take up to six hours with two hours planning/prep time. Any additional rooms/spaces reverting to a $125 hourly rate).

Shopping services and Trade discounts - $75 per hour

Remember that we are expert shoppers who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, as well as get a "to the trade" discount at many places! If you prefer us to shop for you, we'll work together to create a budget and shop for those accessories needed to transform your space.
